Payment Policy - AlpineBoats.com
We accept following methods of payment:
- All major Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express)
- Personal Checks and Certified Bank Checks
- Money Orders
- PayPal from "Confirmed" address
For ALL credit card payments:
- Due to the high value of inflatable boats, motors and rafts, we ONLY ship to the address where the customer receives their credit card billing statements. In other words - we ship ONLY to the Credit Card BILLING address. NO EXCEPTIONS. We are required by Visa, MC, Discover and AMEX to ship ONLY to the billing address of the credit card, with a signature confirmation, in order to be protected from Credit Card Frauds and Chargebacks.
- We accept PayPal payments only from "CONFIRMED" shipping addresses. The address can be "Confirmed" by PayPal if it does match the billing address of your credit card.
- If the customer needs to ship to an address that DOES NOT match the credit card billing address, or if your billing address is a PO BOX and you need to ship the merchandise to your alternative home address, these are the options: Payment by Personal or Bank check or Money Order.
- Customers may also contact the credit card issuing bank and temporily set the alternative shipping address as the billing address. These changes have to be done BEFORE the order is placed. After the item has been shipped, the customer may contact his/her credit card issuing bank once again and switch the billing address back to the original.
All Money Transfers, US originated Checks and Money Orders are clear in approximatly 3 days. Canadian bank checks are clear in approximatly 5 days.
We do not accept credit card payments for orders outside of Continental US or Canada.
All payments from Alaska, Hawaii, Caribbean or Puerto Rico have to be in the form of certified bank check.
No COD or Financing. All orders must be paid in full before delivery. All local pickup orders are subject to 8.6% WA state tax.
We ship ALL inflatable boats, rafts and motors via FedEx Ground with Signature confirmation. No deliveries to a PO Box, unless you can be present at the time of delivery.
